Contract Manager is a tool for organizing and storing documentation and date related information associated with contracts. This includes arbitrary number of documents and arbitrary numbers and types of version for each document, and support for event calendars.
While created for managing contract related data, it can can also be used for
managing other forms of information for example compliance related data,
or software related information (buglists, source code archives, manuals) etc.
where there is a need to maintain multiple document versions.

To access this, just register on the E-insights.com web site and select Guest(EiSoftware)
profile when starting Contract Manager and you will be
given read-only access. There are several other Guest profiles that allow
registered users to try out Contract Manager.
