convergence arenas, partner, supplier and investment candidate identification,
evaluation and due diligence investigations,

In addition, I was responsible for operational oversight of on-line operations
and projects across numerous NBC, affiliate and partner
organizations covering general marketing, on-line entertainment and E-commerce, integrated on-line/on-air events, live events and on-line contests and surveys.

Founder and CEO, responsible for all operations of a business providing electronic marketing services to customers primarily in the entertainment, consumer packaged goods and financial services sectors.
Specific services provided included Internet/WWW site design, development and operations for both consumer marketing and closed user groups, CD-ROM based "SmartCatalogs" for trade channel marketing, and ISDN based services providing Interactive Marketing Support, Video Conferencing and application sharing.

Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at
Philips Media, my primary responsibility was to participate in
cooperative venture negotiations and in Technology Valuation &
Due Diligence Activities for investments, acquisitions and joint ventures
on a world wide basis.
I was also responsible for internal technology development of hardware
product platforms and software development systems for
interactive network based services.

Director of the Information Sciences Sector responsible for research, development, and consulting operations for approximately forty five staff and extensive laboratory facilities. R&D in the areas of Industrial Automation, Medical Imaging, Information Management, Multimedia and Logistics were undertaken in support of Philips’ worldwide business operations. Established a Software & Services Laboratory to act as a locus for new business creation activities in support of a corporate strategy of diversification.
