E-insights performs network analysis and traffic pattern analysis for various customers. This analysis is completely anonymous, using only data that is normally collected in internet log files and anonymous cookies.

During the course of this analysis, traceroutes and domain name service lookups may be performed on network addresses. These processes use the normal network tools and are both standard and innocuous.

E-insights does not track or record personally identifable information, in fact we have no access to any personally identifiable information to begin with.
